Privacy policy

This policy explains what Bloomly ("the app", "we") collects, why, and the choices you have. We are innova8ions, reachable at innova8ions@gmail.com.
The short version
Bloomly works without an account and without the internet. If you never create an account, your data stays on your phone and we receive nothing. The app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The only time the app uses the network is when you choose to sign in and sync.
What is stored on your phone
Everything you enter: pregnancy details, baby profiles, feeds, sleep, diapers, growth, health notes, medicines, vaccines, milestones, photos, memories, reminders and settings. This is health-related information, so it is kept in the app's private storage. You can protect the app with App lock (your phone's own biometrics or PIN; we never receive your fingerprint, face or PIN).
What we collect if you create an optional account
- Account: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.
- Synced content: the entries in your family space, stored so you can back them up and share them with the people you invite.
- Technical data: basic logs created by our hosting provider (such as IP address and timestamps) for security and reliability.
We do not sell your data, do not show ads, and do not use your data for advertising.
Sensitive health information
Pregnancy and baby health entries are sensitive. If you turn on sync, they are stored in your private family space and are visible only to the people you invite to it. Please do not enter bank card numbers or passwords anywhere in the app.
Who else handles your data
- Supabase hosts the database and sign-in in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union).
- Google provides optional "Continue with Google" sign-in. We receive your email address and name, not your password.
- An email provider delivers sign-in codes and confirmation or password-reset emails.
We do not share your content with anyone else except as the law requires.
Keeping and deleting your data
You can export your data from the app. You can leave a family space at any time, and you can delete your account in the app under Account and sync, Delete my account. Deleting your account removes your sign-in and your registration, and removes family spaces where you are the last member. Data on your phone stays until you remove it. You can also ask us by email to delete your data, and we will respond within 30 days. Deleted items are removed from backups within a reasonable period.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to every family space is restricted by row-level security so people only see spaces they belong to. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong device lock and keep your phone updated.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email us and we will help.
Children
Bloomly is for parents and caregivers, not for children. Baby profiles are created and managed by an adult. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
